Just grabbed it myself - some nice weathering on it as well.

Just awesome. I would like to ask though, doesn't Obo's Railworks gallery have a reskin of the same thing. (BTW what are you opinions about the downloads from it?)

I don't believe there are any GP50 paints there. And no.

No problem with third party repaints. While that is distributed free quoting the source, permitted.
However, it is clear that these are the official DTM repaints.

Thanks Martin and DTM! I just picked up the repaint.

Do you have any plans of releasing the 'white face' or 'tiger stripe' variation?

BN 3100-3109 had a single nose mounted gyralight. These units were ordered by CB&Q just before the BN merger. All but 1 were delivered in the paint scheme depicted in this repaint. The gyralights were removed and class lights welded over on these units sometime in the late 80's.

Great unit guys! Worth every penny. The one scenario I did run, however, comes out to a "Mexican Stand-off", before I make it to Delta yard! :) Keep up the great work, you have got my money!

Great photo's, great looking unit. Looks like they lettered / installed the loco's unit numbers that day, while the logo has been through many a season.
Not a nit-pick, I just notice lettering / signs. !!*ok*!!
Will purchase these loco's very soon.

I noticed the auto numbers look a little stark as well. That should be relatively easy to repair by an end user, hopefully someone will share their modifications with the rest of us.

Though it was mentioned that these units were ordered by the CB&Q, it had unfortunately been gone for 10 years before the GP50 hit the EMD catalogs. IIRC, replace CB&Q with SLSF/Frisco and the rest is correct. There were some repaints over at the Loco Shop of the Frisco and BN liveries using the existing UP/CNW GP50. I wonder if any of those repaints would port over to the new BN GP50 shape? I guess I'll have to buy it & find out. *!greengrin!*

Thank you DTM for all of your hard work. I can't wait to see what you show next!

Woops, my bad. !DUH! I even looked at a pic of BN 3100 in Frisco colours before writing that.

Here are a few more of this fine locomotive. I must say, the sounds and horn are very nicely done as well!

Thanks again!

Browsing through some youtube vids, I came across this one on the DTM channel of the upcoming ATSF & BNSF GP50.

Nope, no GP50's. As for quality, most of the stuff is really good. There's a really nice GP38-2 and SD40-2 weathered repaints here (GP38-2) and here (SD40-2). :D
