BN SD40-2 Pack Headlight flare mod?

Unread postby ColoradoRailfan » Fri Jul 31, 2015 2:59 pm

Is there anyone that could, or it someone can teach me, how to add headlight flares to the BN SD40-2 in the BNSF SD40-2 DLC Addon?

I think that every engine that doesn't have it should get an upgrade

? There was one person (forgot the name) that added flares to the Kuju ES44AC and the Old G-trax P42 pack. So why not someone add flares to the SD40-2 pack?

I think it's Bermudez on Ferrosim.es. He has physics corrections like Fan Railer and adds lens flares to older TS2013 and earlier products. The bin files in the mod pack will however not play the flange sounds that came with the .bin files in the SD40-2 soundpack.

So what are you saying? We need .bin files? What?

The .bin files created by him alias to the default bogie sounds, so the bogie sounds in the payware SD40-2 soundpack will not play if Bermudez's .bin files are installed; the default joint sounds will be heard instead.

I only care about the Headlight flares, not the bogie sounds.

There you go. If you really don't know what to do, just Google it.

Just Googling it wont tell you any tutorials, why dont you try it for yourself before posting next time?
If you are asking me to PM him, be more clear next time in your responses. If you dont have an answer stay away from this thread, I dont want any fights going on.
