SP GS4 Whistle, Horn, and Bell Replacement V2

I was still new to whistle making when I released the first soundpack for the GS-4, and I forgot to adjust the sound volume on many of the sounds.This soundpack includeds 5 all new whistles, 2 all new airhorns, and an all new bell. I have added SP&S 700's whistle which SP 4449 wore from 1975 to 1989. It was removed from SP 4449 in 1990, and returned to the newly restored 700. I've also added a SP 6 Chime that 4449 wore in 1989.
