BritKits: Santa Fe F unit Freight scheme installation

I have never used BritKits Before; was wondering if anyone could help with installation? Here is what I have done so far:

1) Unzipped file
2) Opened Railworks Utilities
3) Used Package Manager to Install
4) checked C\railworks\assets\BritKits to make sure it is there; it is....
5) Booted up game and cleared cache.
6) Check Quick Drive and Free Roam and couldn't find it.
6) Can't find my Santa Fe F unit in freight Scheme

Any advice would be appreciated.

You have to install the basic freeware model as well.

I found them; They are available in free roam and scenario editor, but not in collections.
