I just looked at the "Any Route Any Era" thread... Looks like the answer is yes...

Not released yet as I've only just finished them on the new model. The ones you see in the screenshot thread are the old models with the bin file pointing to the new ones lights. I'll have to give Tim (Secondhandhero) a PM first to make sure it's OK to upload them.

They are old repaints that I have put on the new RSC model. However it is nice to ask the person who painted them first if it's ok to upload them despite the changes that I have made.

the numbers on the p4 locomotive have the missing texture thing and the p3 locomotives on the side has some weird set of numbers squished into 1.

I'll have to have another look at the Bin files as it seems I might of missed something . But this texture error would not of showed for me as I have both versions so to me everything looked ok.

It's not you there was something in the Bin file that I missed and as I have both packs it would of still worked ok for me. I'll fix it over the next few days and drop you a PM to test it when it's ready.
