Description

This is a model of an American Car and Foundary 70-ton 1958 cubic foot capacity covered hopper as built for the Southern Pacific Railroad in 1949 as their class H6. The model is textured to represent a car re-painted in 1963 and is auto-numbered in the 400225-400424 series. The model includes its own couplers with connecting airhoses.

This version corrects a lighting issue on the car's running boards when used in RailWorks Train Simulator 2012.

To install unzip the .rwp file and intall it into RailWorks using the RailWorks Packare Manager. Once installed it can be used in any route that has MaineLines RailVehicles enabled. The car will appear in the rolling stock assets list as MLCoveredHopperACF1958SPH6.

This model is an original by Larry Goss and is distrubited as Freeware.

I would like to thank Pete Willard for the use of one of his fonts in the texture of this model.
