An update of and expansion on "CPRR Flatcar Retexture" on the RWA file library

Description

Central Pacific flatcar reskins, version 2, by Daniel Gollery (Trainboi1 on RWA)
An update of and expansion on "CPRR Flatcar Retexture" on the RWA file library.

In brief: This is a reskin of the flatcars included with Jupiter into a standard brown color, and of the flatcars included with UP 119 into CPRR lettering.

Requirements: This requires both the Jupiter and 119 packs on Steam.

Real history: CP was one of the most extensive owners of 30-foot flatcars in the 1860s, owning over 1000 such cars in 3 orders even before settling on a standardized design. This represents the latter half of the second order and the third order, including the six known CP water cars rebuilt from flatcars.

Historical disclaimer: CP's flatcars were incredibly unique to them as a product of the sheer number required on very short order. Among other things, they featured flat straps supported by wooden underframes instead of the standard truss rods modeled on these cars. They also had stake pockets located at four places on the side, rather than the zero of the CP cars or the seven of the UP cars in this game. There are also other, smaller changes. Additionally, because of the car body mapping, I could not add the "No." in front of the numbers on the UP car reskins.

Installation: For best results, unpack the Assets\Smokebox\Jupiter contents AP file before installing. Then, unpack the Reskins RWP file using Railworks Utilities. Finally, copy the .GeoPcDx files from the Assets\Smokebox\Jupiter\RailVehicles\Freight\Flatcar\Car folder to the Car 2 folder, the .GeoPcDx file from Assets\Smokebox\Jupiter\RailVehicles\Freight\Loads to WaterTank, and the flatcar .GeoPcDx files from the Assets\Smokebox\UP119\RailVehicles folder into the CPRRFlatCar subfolder.

Credits: Smokebox's aid in these reskins cannot be overstated. Aside from building more than 120 miles of the transcontinental mainline and stock on which to run it, he provided UV maps and source files to help skin Jupiter and its accompanying cars.
Jim Wilke, Jon Davis, Kyle Wyatt, Andrew Brandon, Randy Hees, Wendell Huffman, and many others have worked together for years to publicize the information used in creating these skins. In particular, the lettering on these flat cars was provided free for use by Andrew Brandon.
