NRD_High Voltage Power Line Pack v1
This Railworks add-on contains a set of 8 high voltage, lofted power lines for freeware route developers.
These models are loosley based on prototypical designs for high voltage power lines in the U.S., indcluding pole hights, and wire span distances.

Istallation:
Unzip the NRD_HVPLP.rwp file to a teporary directory on your hard drive and use the RW Package Manager to install. Please dismiss any over write prompts as I use the same textures across many models.
The files will install to Assets\John Lippai\NS NewRiver Districts in your Railworks installation.

NRD_HVPL_69kV_200m_Dual
NRD_HVPL_69kV_100m_Single
NRD_HVPL_69kV_200m_Single
115kV
NRD_HVPL_115kV_100m
NRD_HVPL_115kV_200m
NRD_HVPL_115kV_100m_Wood
NRD_HVPL_115kV_200m_Wood
230kV
NRD_HVPL_230kV_100m_Wood
NRD_HVPL_230kV_100m
NRD_HVPL_230kV_200m_Wood
NRD_HVPL_230kV_300m
500kV
NRD_HVPL_500kV_100m
NRD_HVPL_500kV_200m
NRD_HVPL_500kV_300m
You may notice on sigle sided models that the first pole along the loft is inverted. This is a RailWorks issue that cannot be resolved until they fix it.
The poles for these lofts are also packaged as stand alone assets and can be located under Object Tools/Clutter in the RW World Editor.Just look for the "NRD" prefix
Some tips for laying lofted power lines:
1. DO NOT use the Linear offset tool.
The linear offset tool will cause breaks in the loft cross section wherever it meets a red triangle. This can make the lines appear broken and disjointed. For the best apperance, these lines should be layed by hand.
2. Lay powerlines in sections.
For best appearance you sould lay sections of power lines no longer than the distance of the loft itself. If your using a 300m power line loft then lay it down 300m or slightly below 300m at a time.
Now for the legal mubo-jumbo:)
You may use and re-distribute these assets as part of any FREEWARE route, individual pack or asset pack you plan to offer for download as long as these assets are freely accessable and are distributed without cost to any person who wishes to obtain them.
