Adriana County SW1500 repaint pack by tagsdm
Included are 3 repaints of the SW1500 that is included with the Marias Pass route. They are lettered for the freelanced Adriana County route by LtBligh, available at the Steam Workshop. The idea for repainting the SW1500 was actually inspired by the Modesto & Empire Traction Co. and their iconic GE 70 tonners. We don't have a 70 tonner, and the SW1500 seemed like a reasonable substitute for the Adriana County shortline. A dozen or so of these engines, and the 3 GP15s released earlier, could concievably perform all the work on a route like this. The Modesto & Empire Traction used 10-12 GE 70 tonners and 2 SW1500s till all those engines were retired in favor of Railpower gensets. The 70 tonners were almost always double or triple headed. Anyway, if you don't have Adriana County you're missing a wonderful modern-era railroading experience. Markings are fictional, as is the route itself, and are designed to show slight variations in style over time, and generic weathering designed to be acceptable on several units as the engines use autonumbering. These repaints use a low-res texture fix suggested by Nitsujy12345. It seems to work.

MP SW1500 ACDX_GRAPHIC_ND
MP SW1500 ACDX_RED CAB

The ND suffix indicates a no driver unit. Just place one of the driver engines on the rails, add a driver (except ND) and you're set. Use the ND units in the middle or at the end of a lash-up, or as a scenery item. For through trains, I'll usually double or triple head them. Switching around Harrison Ave, I'll use a single unit.
All credit for the model and original textures goes to RSC and it's associates and developers. I did only the repaints.
Neither I nor the original builders of the model will accept any responsibility for any damage, real or imagined, to your system by using these files. There shouldn't be any, though. Hope you enjoy!
