This is not an official re-paint nor is it likely historically correct, but works fine for me.
Install the RWP with "Utilities.exe" (found in the root of your railworks installation folder)
Then you will need to copy the GEOPCDX files from the Default RS11, find them here --> railworks\Assets\virtualRailroads\vR_Alco_RS11\DieselLoks\RS11
Main.GeoPcDx RS11.GeoPcDx
Copy those into the repaint folder --> railworks\Assets\virtualRailroads\vR_Alco_RS11\DieselLoks\RS11_PRR_BS
This re-paint is called "vR Alco RS11 Penn" in the editor.
Please do not hold me responsible if anything goes wrong, you can always uninstall the repaint, delete it, and or repair your cache through steam if need be.
