Fixes the P42 heritage pack numbers

Description: Hello guys, I added a .dcs file for the RSC P42DCs heritage pack. I notice that you have the actual numbers of the locmtives along with

the regular numbers.

Example: Amtrak Vets had the number 42 but it also had other number showing up.

Replace the P42_Amtk_numbers that located in each engine folder such as >>>

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\P42Pack01\P42Pack01Assets.ap\RailVehicles\Diesel\P42DC\ and just drag and drop and it should update in the .ap folder
