Scenario for Richard Garber's All Aboard Colton & Northern Route

It is a cold and cloudy winters morning in Westin. You have been assigned a Dash 9 with a manifist consist of empty Box, Cold and Tank cars
that is going to the Tucker Industrail Park. As you look over the assignment sheet you see that you are to pick up a
loaded manifist consist and take that to the Colton Yard. You were supposed to leave a half hour ago, but north bound traffic is unusually heavy this
morning. You been at this awhile, and you know how it works; empties can wait. At least the coffee is hot as you wait on the dispatcher to give you some track.
This scenario take place in the present, and tries to represent prototypical interaction between the dispacther and engineer. I hope you enjoy it.
