RW_Tools Help

Ok you all, I am new at all this route building stuff however, it is something that I really want to learn how to do. Here's the problem I am having. I am going step by step in the RWT users guide (the one that came with it) I create the named and series blueprints like is says; when I open the BP editor in RW2 and double click on the created BP file, I get an error that shows up at the bottom of the page that says unable to locate file that I just created and it shows the location of where it is suppose to be. When I navigate to the directory via windows explorer it's there. Any thoughts on where I screwed up.

Did you use the tutorial Starting a New Route using RW_Tools. Can't miss with this tutorial.
