Put them in the default first so any subsequent repaints can get them.

I got the E8A locos to working, but when I click on the E8B units, all I am getting is a black boxs front and rear. No B units at all. Whats wrong.

You are missing the GEO for the B unit. Look at the read me again and make sure you copied all the GEO files. Some of the names are similar so you may have picked up the wrong one accidentally.

Now I am contused, I copied all the updated manually loaded files from the payware to the default E8 loco. What Geo file from where. Does it also go in the default E8, Please explain. I am there if I get this problem fixed. What readme?

The default is the master.

First Install the E8 RWP from britkits, and then apply the updates.

Then install the IC repaint, and copy over the GEOs from the default folder.

It's all working now finally. What a nice train when you add in the passenger cars. Thanks you to all in helping me figure it all out.
