Loco does not appear in Object browser

Loco does not appear in Object browser

I have a EMD SW1500 switcher that I use in a scenario on a route. I am creating another scenario on a different route and the switcher does not appear in the object browser as a choice.Why doesn't all the loco's appear in the object browser on all the routes?

You need to click the little blue box on the left object box and then go over and check the author and type in the right flyout. Then it should show up as a choice.
