GAME OVER!!!

Unread postby bnsfsubdivision » Sun Sep 23, 2012 2:39 pm

Hey guys

I just don't know what to do now. I just finished a small section of a track and after I clicked on the save button in the editor mode I recieved a nice message: saved dump file in C:\tempdump\Railworks\TS2013 - v24.1g.dmp and guess what happened.. After I restarted railworks and checked my route are the whole tracks missing. RWTools showed me then the result that it causing the missing tracks. The Tracks.bin file is gone and I can't reinstall it using the two clickz method. I have enough of redoing everything several times from scratch just because this game is not able work properly. So If anyone knows a solution, then please tell me it!! It would be much more than just appreciated

Do you have a backup available of your Tracks.bin and track tile files?
The word?..The word is no. I am, therefore, going anyway..

Where you don't have the option to build your own route anyway...

Good thinking. !!howdy!!

And if you're going to troll multiple posts, then for goodness sake there's an 'e' at the end of good bye, and it's either two words or hyphenated. !!jabber!!

To answer the original query, if you've lost your tracks.bin then the only way forward that I'm aware of is either restoring a backup or relaying the lot. Harsh.

Cheers

I just don't know how these guys can have fun driving just one route the whole day long !*not-ok*! and without the possibility to create own content. Anyway fortunately I have an backup (though it's not up to date, but enough) so let's go on
