Hi,

Is anybody interested in a beta for the Big Horn route, version 3.2 / TS2012 ?

This beta has the route in the latest stable development build I could do, which dates back to November last year. All changes I did after that caused crashes or broke scenarios, so I had to revert back to this version.

However, even with this slight 'back rolling' of the update it might still break older scenarios, so please BACK UP before installing this beta. It will overwrite the older version of the route!

I'm also working on a batch of corrected and udpated scenarios that will also take care of the many pieces of equipment that are no longer available after all the TS2012 updates.

Finally, a brief overview of the changes in v3.2:
- new skybox
- new 3D tracks
- new signals
- TS2012 lights and track bumps (no super-elevation)

The "3D tracks", by the way, are my own models and can be used for your freeware routes. However, please note that these track lofts will cause a HUGE fps hit when used in larger yards, the 3D-modeled ties are really killing the graphics performance. Sheridan Yard, even though not exactly a big yard, might already be a bit too large for this track set.

Please let me know if anything doesn't work or appears to be missing from the package.

Thank you for your on going effort on this route, but with this download I'm missing terrain textures. I'm also missing some tracks.

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for the missing files! It seems like I forgot to package an entire assets folder from my GN assets. **!!bang!!**

The missing files are: terrain texturing blueprints, location markers, route blueprint, loading screen. Not exactly unimportant stuff. !!**sorry**!!

thanks GN, oh btw you could alwayse do what RSC did for DP, use 2d track for the yards and 3d for out of town, you almost don't notice it because the tracks are so well done!

I was enjoyed Big Horn route is awesome. One thing Sheridan has two errors. I don't know which's one missing or something wrong.

I can't read that either but I recall that there are a couple of box cars and two refrigerator cars that I deleted at those locations and then the problem went away.
