when you are going to start up RWDecal rightclick on the startup icon and select "run as administrator" and that should solve your problem!

Oh thanks. it's work. And other problem. I watched rw decal youtube. I'm not sure look different mine file. And My RW in steam and I checked in files folders. I don't know how do our town map and other.... Please help.
