Michael,
I am not sure that I am not causing this problem somehow, however I can't seem to load the default F7 in GN livery. I get the something bad.... message. I can load it fine in the Big Horn with no problems. RSC GP loads fine as well as Justin's GP-38 and the Cowen FT. Haven't had any problems with any cars however G-Trax won't load or any of Cowen Steam engines. Any ideas?
Regards,
Buzz

Ran your route thru RW Tools and came up with four missing assets as follows:

\RSC\AP Station\stations\block 01_slope.bin
\RSC\AP Station\stations\goods_shed01.bin
\RSC\AP Station\stations\inspection_platform01.bin
\RSC\AP Station\stations\station03.bin

No problems on this end, signals look a bit modern for GN though. It must be late GN? Not a signal guy myself though. Anyone care to enlighten me? *!!wink!!*
Looks a bit bare in a lot of areas, I guess that's why it's a beta lol. Knowing the standard of quality on your other routes, I know this will be no different. Good work!

Hi,

Some ...slow... progress. Three new buildings, GN and MILW depots, GN REA (just converted my MSTS objects). Half a tile scenicked.
So now the route building is approaching the other side of the Missouri. Great Falls should be complete within the next month or so (no promises though).

Hi,

The east bank of the Missouri is now nearing completion too. If all goes as planned I should be able to upload the next version of the route in a few day.

Overview of the upcoming v1.1 of the GN Butte Div:
- scenery (more or less) complete in all of Great Falls
- scenicking of the entire GN 9th Ave. Spur with its many industrial spurs and sidings and the two huge grain mills
- scenicking of the local yard, freight spurs/team tracks and freight house just south of the GN depot
- addition of the Great Falls Meat Co. at the (current) east end of the route.
- new tracks and scenery for the Milwaukee's Falls Yard just east of GF (freelanced track layout, I couldn't find any track plans)
- simple models of the downtown depots (MSTS conversions)
- addition of some more signals and now also portals
- tweaked the signals, they now come with rusty masts (makes them look much older) and the permissives finally got their number plates
- addition and correction of speed limits
- some night lights added, but still many "dark" places

Some screenshots are below.

Cheers,
Michael

Starting at the local freight yard situated on the GN line to Billings:

The two depots, GN and MILW, and the REA building on the GN:

Heading further northeast. On the left is the MILW, in the middle the GN main, and on the right the GN 9th Ave Spur.

9th Ave Spur. The Montana Flour Mills Co.

9th Ave Spur, further east. Royal Milling Co.

Still further east, the Milwaukee's Falls Yd

And the Great Falls Meat Co, served by both railroads if I read the track plan correctly.

Hi,

Sorry it's taking a few days longer, but I'm also adding telegraph lines and some new weather blueprints. This is a fun part of tweaking RW, but all new to me so it takes a lot of trial and error.

Here's one example:

Hi,

Anybody interested in a public beta of version 1.1?
Get it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?8ffoz3loxfir65x

What I'm most interested in is if it works or if something is missing or broken. It *should* come with all needed files, provided you have:
- installed version 1.0
- installed ScaleRoads
- installed the free DLC AP Station Pack

I'd also appreciate to get some more general bug reports, like scenery goof-ups etc., but these (unless it's something crucial) will only be addressed with version 1.2 or whenever I get around to it.

Thanks for your help!!!

Install worked fine for me. I ran along the Milwaukee Rd and looked around the engine service area and looked at all the types of weather. Only minor problem I saw was som floating bushes north of the Royal Milling Co.

Wow, lots of operational opportunities on this route.
