Just so you are aware there was a open auto carrier from these folks kicking around a couple of years ago. The links from my re-paints no longer works.

Not sure if they pulled the product to make some last minute edits. The product-page displayed earlier, but when I tried to login to purchase, it kept going to the WIX site. I restarted the browser, then the computer, with same results. About an hour later, I restarted and was able to login, but now the product-page says "This product couldn't be found". The home-page is still running screenshots of the product, although it is not listed under the "Store" tab (only loco products).

So if anyone else is having issues, it appears we'll need to be patient until things are straightened out. Either that, or my computer has some unresolved problems.

If anyone else is able to purchase after my post's time-stamp, please post here to let everyone know it's functional; I'll check back periodically as well. Thanks.

Indeed, they are having to make some changes. Here's a link to the latest sit-rep: https://www.machine-rail.com/post/updat ... e-autorack

For those who already purchased, you'll want to visit the link also.

From what I can infer from their post, some people have been having issues with the LOD and high poly count on their systems. So far I have been able to run 20 car consists at 30+ FPS on FRC with TSC beta If anyone else has purchased this first edition and is happy with it as it is I would suggest that you make a copy of it so it does not get overwritten with an update. Evidently their computer used to test is a very high end and these issues were not noticed prior to release. Obviously certain DLC selected and the route density can exacerbate this issue.

Still looking good. No issues. They have added even more versions.
It would be nice to have these vehicles as traffic.

I just purchased the updated pack. It installed easily. Its great to see they added more autos from different eras. I am very happy to see the Montego! My only criticism is that Autoracks are loaded out from a plant, and would have only vehicles produced at that plant. For example you could have Mustangs and Cougars on the same rack. But not a mix of manufacturers or cars and trucks from different eras. However it is a welcome addition to this sim.

Going to load some at the Ford plant on the Bergan line. Wish all these cars were available for added traffic.

Well I do have a problem which I have reported.
I downloaded the new auto carriers and they were fine, no problems at all (see below). Then there was the announcement thta there was in fact a problem and that a revised version was to be issued. I removed the original version but saved it so as to have a version should the "revised improved texture version" cause problems. When the revised version was available I downloaded it and there were no textures in the new package, I have reported this (see below).
Those who are stating here thta they have no problems - did you do a full removal of the file? In your new updated download is there a texture file in there? Or am I going crazy?

Leaving aside your last question for the moment I did not D/L the first version. I did purchase it yesterday and it looks fine for me. The tri-level one should have a textures folder. That appears to be what's missing.
