I would like to buy some items but since Railworks64 does not even start on my Computer until DTG fixes the Program. Everything is working as I have had it checked by Computer Repair at Best Buy Geeks. Told me it was a Program error. Thanks for posting all the available items,

Absolutely, I have tried everything except deleting Steam and reinstalling that. I have removed MacAfee, remove Railworks and reinstalled with no effective results. So it is one step at a time. Steam is next to see if something is corrupted there. Thanks for your time.

Not sure if this will solve your problem however here is my own solution for my ongoing 64bit issue. I run 64bit on two systems, a desktop and a laptop with the exact same install on very capable systems exceeding all required install specs. Both installs have been verified after install through Steam. My desktop however for some inexplicable reason still has issues with the 64bit executable and will lock up when loading. I recently discovered a little trick by accident which allowed it to load by pressing the windows keyboard key while it is loading putting it back to desktop and then clicking on the 64bit program icon on the taskbar which puts you back in the program and for some reason allows the program to fully load which would otherwise stay locked. The only difference between the two installs is the resolution with one being run at 4k (desktop) the other at 2k (laptop). This leaves me with the question, is resolution a issue for some of us?
