RSC UP Big Boy & Challenger

What would be involved within the files for these engines so that the smoke is blacker in color?

It's been a long time since I messed with that but I seem to remember you need to go into the smokestack bin and mess around with the colors in particle properties to get it darker and increase the alpha to get more smoke.
