Polite request to drop the support team a note of any issues that are causing problems so that they can be looked in to... :)

Regarding your unexpecting fps/ms indicator - are you running Reshade at all?

Thanks all!

Matt.

For those of us that seldom complain where do we do that?

I have had a ticket running all week and DTG keeps going back to the driver being out of date. I'm sorry that others are having the same issue but at the same time, it's good to know that it isn't just me that's having trouble with it. Getting DTG to acknowledge there may be a problem on their end can be an issue all it's own. Thank you for the responses.

Yes, 64 bit will not let me access VNHRR scenarios. Strange because it's the only route I'm having problems with.
Everything else is running near perfect. Very pleased with the upgrade overall.

Hello Stuart,
Here is the response I got back from DTG. You don't suppose this guy could have taken what, two minutes, started the thing on his computer clearly seen the problem for himself, and then dealt with it? Hell if all he is going to do is contact Michael or one of the other guys I can do that myself.

Thank you for contacting us regarding Trian Simulator 2019.

When the game crashes a log is recorded in your RailWorks/TempDump folder.

Could you please send us the logs created after the route has crashed and include with this a DxDiag:

https://dovetailgames.kayako.com/Knowle ... iag-report

Once we have more information we will be better equipped to help the routes developer to make this route more stable/work in 64-Bit

Kind Regards,

Daniel

I can't believe DTG is actually blaming people's computers on the TempDumps. The 0xC0000005 Access Denied TempDump is actually a memory error within the software. This can be caused by incorrectly programming RAM usage. Not to mention the amount of things breaking... Sheesh. I have 32GB of RAM and I'm still dumping.

Hmm... one of the Springfield Line's route authors here. All I can say at this point is that I'm also getting the same crash when attempting to run the route in 64 bit TS19 but sadly for now I absolutely can't explain what's happening here. We are investigating, please be patient as I have no idea how long it might take to come up with a solution.

Thanks for that. That's actually very helpful. Means we can stop looking for a local problem and just wait for a software solution or patch. !!*ok*!!

This has nothing to do with 2019 however what route are you talking about? Who did it or some other information?
