How to fix this?

So I was changing the speed limit on my route (too many tight turns, decided to lower it), and I came across this problem twice in my route. Does anyone know how to fix it? The right hand fly out is completely blank, I can't change the speed limit on this little section of track.

It seems that you've used different trackrules. This will happen then.

You can try to find out where the exact changepiont is (very hard) or you delete hte whole section and insert new tracks.

I actually found the exact changepoint, and laying down a whole new section of track is out of the question as this route has very few 0% grades.
