Bad repaint, need original

Hi guys! I downloaded a terrible Coaster repaint for my San Diego Commuter Rail F59PHI Loco Add-On and really want to remove it but i lost the original file (Base file) for it and I can't get rid of it. I try uninstall then reinstall but it still stays. I'm wondering if someone can send me the original base file for the DLC. Please? Thanks!

Have you tried deleting the whole DLC folder, then unchecking and rechecking the DLC in steam? That should work.
