Where's the December gift?

I signed up for the free TS2016 TSRewards gift when I purchased TS2016 on the same day it was released. I have not received any bonus DLC -- nada, nothing. I opened an email to DoveTail Games / Kayako Help Desk to complain. They asked me to resubmit my contact information which I did. Still no bonus content. Rats!!! I did get the EMD SD60 M upgrade that everybody else who purchased TS2016 got, incidentally which I purchased on my own previously -- but no bonus content. No Pump Car. No Joy! Everyone else, who I have read in this forum, recieved a secret code. And they got the prestigious DLC. But not me. I have received no secret code. The email did not get delivered into my spam folder either.

If I had my way you would have got the 3rd in the Christmas trilogy saga...you guys will now never know the ending...
But someone at DTG towers was keen to get the pump car out there :)

Feeling sad my 'Dopey' Christmas routes are frowned upon... ;)

Please be assured that there those among us who appreciate your Christmas routes very much. I, for one, was operating on the assumption that these routes would become part of an annual holiday tradition. So, I was disappointed that the 3rd (of MANY future installments) failed to materialize this year.

I'm one of those who purchased TS2016 upon release, but have so far not received any kind of notice regarding a 'December gift'. That's fine with me - If it's not a new Christmas route I'm not interested.

From memory only people who purchased it. When you first started it up you got a window where it asked you to sign up if you wanted the free gift.

No that's not true.
I only got the free upgrade, but I get the freebies every month.
I started out with a $9.99 Train Simulator disc from Walmart and now...

Success. I finally got DTG/Kayako Help Desk to respond to my situation. I am now in the TSRewards program with my corrected contact information. They even sent me the secret code for the "push car" to my correct current email address. Horray!!! Unfortunately, the previously released bonus content is lost to me forever. Such is life.

I automatically got the pump car without even using a code. Someone reckons that everyone who had purchased TS2016 got it on the 28th December, the code was so that registered users would get it before everyone else. I can't find any writing saying that I even read my email twice.:)
