DTM Superliner Coaches

Can someone tell me where I can purchase these? Are they bundled with a particular loco?

In my inventory they are listed as a separate item but I am not sure where I got them from.

A Google search shows a You Tube video with the P42DC loco and the Superliner coaches. I'll take a closer look at the P42DC on Steam to see if it is mentioned. The error message says I'm missing SL Coach_ph_III. I just want to be sure these are the Superliner coaches before I spend money on the wrong DLC.
