Vermont Division

This question is for Rick Kfoury, Can you make the repaints for the RS3 from britkits because I cannot afford the RS1 or the RWA Lakeside route and or the Champlain Division, can you make a copy or edit it and only put Portland Terminal and Horseshoe Curve in it because I can't afford anything but freeware *!sad!* Can you make some Vermont Railway Repaints of the GP40 and the 50th unit of the RSC SD40-2 Widenose and Delaware and Hudson GP40s and RS3s, I know it's a big request but it would be nice to have changes to the route so I can play, *!!wink!!*

Hi,

Unfortunately I cannot make the changes to the route that you request. The route relies too heavily on other payware assets and to use just those two routes would leave very little content, meaning the route would look drastically different. Not to mention that would be an enormous project including changing all the track, which comes from the VNHRR Route.

However, the repaints are a different story, I will look into doing some more D&H locomotives.

Thanks Rick, maybe you could make something like a Pan Am route from East Deerfield yard to the Vermont Railway interchange in Hoosick Falls, NY, I live right in Cambridge near that line and see it about everyday, maybe you could include the Batten Kill branch line and their two RS3 repaints, I've ridden in one all the way from Salem to Eagle Bridge, FUN!!! !!*ok*!! In your free time you could possibly do that and they do have Concret ties so maybe you could use New York to New Haven For the track on the main and Portland Terminal, and Horseshoe Curve for scenery and stuff, fairly big request again but I would LOVE IT if you did that, Thanks,
Andy, (AKA BKRR605) *!!wink!!*

Appreciate your enthusiasm, but I'm afraid Buzz is right. I don't have the spare time for anything of that magnitude, I've been having a hard time lately even finding time to begin my next route (which less than 20 miles and has only one major customer). I haven't even had the time to work on the many repaint projects that have backed up. I do encourage you to explore the editing program and repainting process so that you may learn to create content, in my opinion it makes this whole hobby so much more rewarding

Yeah, Buzz is right, I've made a couple of routes and I do see how long it takes, maybe I could try making a route, the reason I asked is I stink at building routes, by the way, do you know the DLC your going to use for the route your going to build, thanks

Rick, when you get caught up in everything your doing, I have a very simple repaint request, :D Can you do the Battenkill RR RS-3s please, Railpictures(search it on internet) then go to the search and punch in Battenkill. Thanks, you don't have to do it right away, I've tried repaints and can't figure it out so hopefully soon I may upload the route I'm making, the Battenkill Railroad. !!*ok*!!
