I had the original C40-8W from when Ian first released it and I updated the model to the newer version he released. I can't for some reason to get these models to appear in the game, I downloaded and installed it and all the fixes and stuff in the correct order but yet still no luck. Any thoughts?

I had this issue as well. The original widecab pack has some sort of depency on the 'standard' cab C40-8 now. Once I bought and installed the C40-8, the original Dash 8 widecabs started working.

Hmmm, I already had the standard cab D8 pack installed when I update the D8W pack and still no luck.

Do you have couplers and no body or no nothing? Is it showing up in the menu?

I have both the old and new widecab packs and they show up fine except missing couplers on a few and my CR reskin of the remastered having no horn/bell.
A single track mind without proper signalling is a mind bound to derail.

It shows up in the menu but when I try to place it on the tracks I get nothing, no couplers or body.
