This model is a fictional Western Vermont Railroad reskin of Michael Stephan’s freeware 40ft PS1 Boxcar by Harry R. Adkins. I painted it and created a custom logo for Rick Foury’s Central Vermont Champaign Division route. Hope you enjoy.
