No. I'll leave those for another pack.

Don't make the same mistake twice:
Trucks the wrong way round!
Image
Passenger car trucks are mirrored. The stabilizing bars should point towards the center.

Here is a web page on the different ribbed/fluted stainless steel sides: http://www.atsfrr.com/resources/Kogan/F ... /Index.htm

Wow amazing work!

Would it be possible to get the California Zephyr with D&RGW PA-1? :)

Thanks,

If your model is of Budd built baggage cars, the stabilizer bars point towards the ends of the car:

Since there is so much variation in ATSF passenger cars, lots of research is needed to find the right prototypes, both carbody shape and design and trucks.
Note that the above Budd built car has different trucks, double equalised?

Your car #3458 was built in 1950 by ACF, which followed Pullman Standard practice.

Here is some more info on stainless steel passenger cars:

According to the Model Railroader Magazin (from where I get the blueprints) it belongs to the 3453-3466 series built by American Car & Foundry in 1950.

So exciting! *!!thnx!!*
I love first-generation American diesels! ^.^

I can't wait for these to come out. Any updates on the project? Before finding this thread, I got worried that you discontinued your FA-1 sets as they weren't on your website any longer. When I found this, I got very excited! !!*ok*!!

I've made a video with your FA-1 model on the VNHRR. Glad you kept it somewhere. !*brav*!

I love Santa Fe, especially their Super Chief. I've re-created it with some F7's and lightweight cars, but I'm looking forward to the ALCO set! !*salute*!

Thanks for all your hard work! Keep it coming! :D

It would be cool for someone to repaint that, and use that baggage car on the modern Amtrak trains, like the California Zephyr and others.
Just the the AMTK 1200 Series Baggage cars.

The baggage model is in DTG Miami route, but can be reworked for the pack.

Nope, the one that is included in the Miami Route is a 1700's baggage car, completely different from the ex. Santa Fe ones like this one.
