Were these units on Norfolk & Western and Southern Railway with high short hood and long hood forwards and dual control cabs?

Then these would make interesting variations I would gladly buy also.

... apparently not with a high short hood ...

But Southern Railway had B30-7's in the required configuration.

These 4 axle road switchers would be very nice to have too.

Not adding anything to your workload .... *!!wink!!* *!!wink!!*

The work continues on this engine package.

The exterior 3d model of the first engine of the set was completed. Now we must to adapt it to the other variations (different kind of trucks and details).

The sounds are a great cortesy of Marc Caya, and the interior of the cab is in development by LordMannu (3d) and Alejandro Bielicki (textures), at this moment we only have this render of the inside cab, but i think is enought to show you the quality of this work...

Very nice. I ask this merely out of curiosity, approximately what portion of the work/time is creating the 3-D model?

I never made the estimate, but I guess it could be something between 50% and 75% depending on how many features you add to the model. Fixing small details is a very time consuming task.

Could you show us the trucks in more detail?

There should be the silhouettes of traction motors visible. A lot of the new locomotives have see through trucks.
