Texture Problem

Unread postby Railfan587 » Fri Jan 23, 2015 4:17 pm

I recently made a dynamically numbered SP GS-4 in the Daylight paint scheme, which I am planning on releasing here soon. I also made a Daylight tender with bold large lettering. But, for some reason, I keep getting a "missing texture" message where the dynamic numbers are suppost to be. The normal "Southern Pacific Lines" tender works just fine with the numbers, but the "Southern Pacific" tender doesn't. Here are a few pics.

I've repeatedly checked the file path in the xml and bin files, but the numbers still don't work. I know that it isn't the textures causing the problem because I replaced the textures for the "Southern Pacific Lines" tender with the textures for the "Southern Pacific" tender and the numbers have shown up fine that way. Does anyone have an idea about what's wrong?

Are you using the numbers from the war baby? Is that the dscv file you are using? Do you have the bin file pointing there?

I am using the Warbaby dscv and the bin file is pointing there, but the numbers still aren't showing up.

About halfway down on the tender bin file there is this line:<BlueprintID d:type="cDeltaString">RailVehicles\Steam\SP_4449\Warbaby\Locomotive\Textures\SP_GS-4nums.xml</BlueprintID>

Did you change that one from the original tender?

I actually have it using a copied set of numbers in the dynamically numbered Daylight folder. But, I did try it with the Warbaby numbers. Still nothing.
