You can create a new quick drive scenario, and add the AI yourself. Read Gary's scenario tutorials on engine driver for the basics on how to make a scenario.

Whenever I try to create a quick drive with ai I can't make must stop at red for train to pass or it says route is blocked by like service x or something

Also how do make it so that a route has ai traffic every time I use quick drive
Marias pass normally does not have ai but I want some in quick time every time if use it

You know, I'm not trying to bust your stones, but I have a suggestion. Take this for what it's worth.

Do a little research on your own. There are all kind of tutorials, articles and information available for most of what you're asking for. 99% of the people here are very helpful, and normally if one gets stuck, somebody will try to help. If you are stuck, and you did some research say something like, " I checked for this problem on the RWA website, and could not find anything about this subject at Steam, etc." It shows that you made an effort to find the information and showed the initiative to learn, rather than just throwing your hands in the air and letting someone else do it for you. People on this site are smart, and they will see that you're not really willing to do some of the legwork yourself and are not going to be so willing to help. It is very daunting and difficult, at times, to find the solution on your own, but in the long run you will feel more satisfied and then later on, some day, you will be able to help a newbie with a problem.

Another thing, the questions that you asked are not clear, sometimes to the point they don't make sense. You have to explain the problem clearly and all the information to give the helpful sole a clue as to what might be wrong. BE CAREFUL when you type and spell carefully!

If you take offense to this, and you think I'm an asshole, so be it. I'm just trying to help so that you can get some enjoyment out of this hobby and learn something without be frustrated.

Hope this helps.

However I do also want to spawn foreign ai in my routes and also have the realism of stopping at signals
whenever I mess with ai or try to create a consist I get an error message saying my route is blocked. I want it to be blocked I want to be able to stop at reds at a signal

I believe that it has to do with how the ai trains, and the player train, are classified (whatever priority they have), i.e.; way freight, priority, etc. It's been quite a while since I've done a scenario, but sometimes no matter how hard you try to have it operate the way you want to, it just doesn't want to cooperate. Most of the time, if you give it a rest, before totally losing it, you can work through it or find what's wrong.

Best of Luck.
