Many Routes Missing in the Editor, HELP!

Over the past 2 or 3 weeks i have noted that routes have been going missing from my Train Simulator. They show up in the fly out in the editor but they do not appear in the selection of routes that I own. When they do they show up as just blank textures and none of the assets show up. The routes and assets included in this mess are Donner Pass, NS Mon Line (aka Coal District), Cajon Pass, Stevens Pass, Canadian Mountain Passes, and the Kuju Assets. I have reinstalled TS 3 times and verified the Cashe numerous times. I am very frustrated and need y'alls help. Any help to get this solved would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advanced,

Do you have RWTools and do they show up there?

Sounds like more than a problem with Train Simulator. Are other things going south with your computer?

Well somehow a few files got moved outside the main folder. I woner how but i am happy now. Reinstalling TS right now
