Well you asked about the default SD40T-2 and it's not a default.

Depending on how long ago you got your Donner Pass DLC, you may have to use 7zip to extract the .ap file for the route. It sounds harder than it is.

Please read the posts of people trying to help you. The 8802 is the new one that you installed. You need to get the Geo from the Donner SD40T which you may need to unpack from the .ap file and then put it into the 8802.

Depending on when the OP and reskinner got into Train Simulator, the Donner Pass SD40T-2 might in fact be a "default" engine.
For most of us, the Cajon Pass SD40 are what we consider "default" but if they got in when Donner became a base route in TS, then that would seem like default to them.

For future reference noobies, the Cajon Pass stock is what we refer to as "Default U.S. Stock" Those engines and cars also come with the U.S. Loco and Asset Pack at Steam.
Found here. It's better to just buy Cajon Pass though, because you get a route to drive, and it's frequently on sale, cheaper than the Asset Pack.

Eric I think if you look at the Donner SP SD40T folder, the identity of the Geo file is Default because that's the SP loco for Donner.
