Mine shuttle

I have a problem with this one. All signals are green. But at North jct. east its yellow and the next is red.
Permission denied. The WB Grain is almost in Riverside. See Screenshot. Any help welcom.

Set the switches up at the mine for the destination track, and then you will be able to tab by the red signal.
