also, the problem is with C40-8W. RW crashes when I try to use it in quick drive or scenario (even in another route)

Does anyone know where to find all the stock needed to run any of the scenarios included with this route? Looks like a great route, but I keep having errors looking for the missing rolling stock...

Where can the new 2014 scenarios be found?

I ran RW with logging as suggested in this article:
http://railworksamerica.com/index.php/c ... _railworks

and got a dozens of error messages about missing objects (same in RWTools)

it asks for 3DTrains scalerail and scenery objects (I don't have them, are they mandatory and do I need extra pay for that? ) ,
also some objects from SOO Line (I dont have it too)

There is a pack of objects in the download page.
but also there was another pack of objects for SOO Line and old Seattle version - do I need them both? I installed only last pack (this one)

Awaken. It states in the readme you need all scalerail scaleroads and world landscapes items. 3dtrains.com They are free for basic resolution. I uploaded a fix for everything else that was missing. Download that as well from my blog.

Thanks for clarifying this. I thought that everything not-default was packed into "freeware assets" (but it isn't)

p.s I have Sherman Hill, Fort Kent, and I have pre-2013 RW distribution bundled with Cajon Pass and some European routes. is that enough?
actually, I got RW in 2012 first time, and it was freely upgraded in 2013 and 2014 to respective next versions.

Scenarios are asking for the GP60 which is not included with the route. No problem, I can purchase, but are there any other pay-ware add-ons that I need to buy?

Look at the rollingstock.csv file I enclosed in the Seattle route.zip. IT has a whole list for you of everything I used. A cheat sheet if you will.

Got this last night and it is even better than the original. I'm just blown away at how realistic everything looks. I especially like the high profile main line and the sheer amount of trackage included is unreal. A far cry from the MSTS days. The SD60M horn would be perfect for a SOO Line version (hint, hint :) ).

Extreme caution here folks. According to my investigation somewhere in all this the dreaded PonTrack lurks and is re-introduced into your system. Install with caution. This can affect all of your third party routes. After I searched and deleted again everything works but long ago I got rid of this and would think it was gone forever. And it should have been gone.

Hi, I have a few questions, I bought a new hard drive a few months back and reinstalled railworks from steam but I never reinstalled the older version of the seattle route knowing this new version would be coming out, I just bought the new version but before installing the route I need to know if I need to reinstall the old version first before the new version. Also when I click on the freeware asset (1 file) link it asks me to log into Microsoft one drive with an account and password, I'm not sure if the link is working or not.

Thanks for the heads-up on that. I've learned in short order that when installing any non-DTG/RSC content using the .rwp installer to always do a search for that file and delete any that show up. Usually a search reveals five copies of that file and I just select them all and delete in one step. Other than missing NY-NH Amfleet cars I had no problems whatsoever.
