Michael,

Beautiful job on the Czech light rail vehicles - you must be THE busiest model / content builder around.

for those that don't read the blog. What are the plans for having somewhere to run these, or is that another project after the VNHRR ?

**!!bow!!**

!*cheers*!

Thanks!

This is a tram, famous in the Czech Republic and pretty much all other countries of the former east bloc. According to Wikipedia, over 14,000 units were built since the 1960s in the entire model range. More info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tatra_T3 Many of the T3s, often in modernized or rebuilt versions, are still in service in cities from East Germany to Russia.

The prototype of my model is a tram of the city of Prague, Czech Republic, and the model will include all the line numbers of Prague. I'm not aware of any Czech tram routes being built at the moment, but there is a very nice Polish tram route in production (though they didn't use the T3s there, as far as I know, running their own Konstal trams instead.)

By the way, this is one of my oldest models, it dates back six years when I first started working on it for MSTS but never completed it.

Cheers,
Michael

A first public alpha is now available:

Should work okay, thought there still plenty of issues (mostly modeling or incomplete parts).
