I have the sound applied for the unloaded bulk car but can't figure out how to get it done for the loaded cars. Incidentally, these are Krellnut's sounds I am attempting to apply to these wagons. In the bin file where there is usually an entry for sound in the loaded wagons there is the following.

I attempted to put a sound entry before this one, but then the wagons were unloaded, I put one after this entry, but that didn't work either.
