USRA Locomotive Kit

Does anyone know what is the USRA Locomotive Kit is? Because I downloaded the SRR_USRA_Tenders from the file library and I have Dick's USRA Light Mikado
I need some info about it

The USRA tenders subdirectory is included with the USRA 2-8-2L.

You are new at this, some advice? Take things a little slower, trying to do too much at once will drive you nuts. Most files you download, like repaints, will have a "readme" file with them. Most of the time, you can read it, before downloading the file, and they always tell you what "dependencies" (payware engines/ locomotives/ rolling stock, assets) you need for the DLC to work. Then you don't have to post here and wait days to get an answer. *!!wink!!*
