latitude and longitude?

EDIT: I'm making a little version of the NS piedmont division (Manassas To Alexandria) and am wondering, how do you move to the location up top (lat and long)? Sometimes it works, but other times it is very finnickey

If you're calling 'East Coast" anything east of the Mississippi there is the NS route from Chattanooga to Dalton GA. and there is the beta Birmingham to Mobile out there.

You need to get the lat. and long. in decimal degrees, but I can't quite see how you change that in Google maps !**conf**!

Google Earth > Options... > Decimal Degrees. :D

I am trying to get to: 38.751042 -77.475296, however it does not move me at all!

Enter the desired coordinates and then click the small right-pointing arrow at the lower right of the box.
