I don't know how the effect has been done on those, but I looked at videos of the GN Empire Builder and to me, it didn't look right. So I made up my own technique for doing the mars light. I think it's about as close as it's possible to get to what I saw in a video of 844's Mars light ("the light from Mars!") being tested before a run.

Have you started animating the stoker's eyebrow's yet? Seriously, you are a true artist and it looks like there's nothing you cannot accomplish. I'm in awe! **!!bow!!**

Oh darn! I was keeping that as a secret *!lol!* Seriously though, I was hoping to have time to make my own crew figures and try out facial morphing (a bit difficult in 3DC, but in theory, it can be done). I'd ask for volunteers for a bit of voice acting.

I still wonder what the rest of the community will say when they see the amount of detail you've done.

Oh, they'll start saying it's going to blow up their graphics cards ... until they actually try and see that it doesn't *!lol!*

Dear Mr. Smokebox,

You now owe me a replacement keyboard, having caused me to drool so heavily that the old one flooded and shorted out. I'll settle for one of those curvy, split numbers that Microsoft offers.

Sincerely,

Old Prof
