Signs and Lights Description Download?

Is there any place I can download a colored description of the signs and lights. I know that I used to have a nice card that came with MS Trainsim but I have lost mine.

If you mean signals. Most routes have a manual that show you their signal aspects and track signage. Railworks/manuals/en to find them.

HI. Thanks. Yes I meant the signs and signals. I know there is info in each manual. I was looking for one comprehensive card with all the info in one place. If none is available I'll extract all the images into one file and print it out. MSTS had one like I want. Best regards, Bob.
