This continues to be somewhat of a mystery for all of us I think.

Ever since the TS 2014 second update I also have the program freeze when it "fetches the add on database" in offline mode. The only way to start the game is to go online, start the game and then exit and restart in offline mode. This is like getting a new car amd having to re-install the wheels every time you want to drive. Still can not get certain 3rd party routes to run.

Never tried offline, so have no idea about those problems. Dont see the point of playing offline.

I am always online however I have discovered that if I have a problem getting a third party route to start if I go and start a RSC route or a really good stable route like the NERW and then go back so far I have always got the route that wouldn't open before to run. Not sure what that's about yet either.

I usually work ofline as I prefer it that way but more worryingly, I often demonstrate the game in places where there is no internet connection and I am sure that others have to play offline in places where there is no reliable internet connection, so being able to use the offine mode is very important for a number of reasons.

Let's hope that RSC come up with a solution for this soon.
