SD 60 throttle

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this. But for some reason the throttle on eyein's SD60spartan won't work. Everything else seems to work just the throttle won't respond. Just wondering if there was a fix anywhere.

Do you mean the in-cab throttle handle or the F4 HUD throttle? Simple or expert controls?

On expert controls using the A & D keys. I can move it in the cab with the mouse and it works.

Have you tried simple controls to see if "A & D" work? Or are they combined with brakes like on other diesels?

Now that was a intresting result. In simple mode the throttle worked but the brakes and reverser did not. In expert mode the brakes and reverser worked and the throttle did not. It can be driven by the hub but I prefer to use keys. I'll pass on this to eyein it might help him work out what has gone wrong with this loco after the TS2014 upgrade.

I forget which engine it was but the route was Castle Rock. With Simple controls, all I could get the reverser to do (W&S keys) was toggle to 100% or -100%, and that was by pressing those keys multiple times. Throttle and brakes were linked as well. In Expert everything did work OK. I'm like you, I prefer the keyboard (I also prefer the F5 HUD over F4)
