Seems that after upgrading from TS2012 to TS2013 to TS2014 my Genesis disappeared.

Is there a simple way to fix this ?

Mine is still there. Verify game cache integrity is all I can say. Then email tech support if that doesn't happen.

Why aren't they in the store anymore it's been a year.
CPU- Ryzen 7 3700x
Ram- Corsair RGB Vengeance 32 GB 3600mhz
