Mike, you're slipping. There's a UP emblem on the bottom of the cab.

Now, with that out of the way, I'm gonna say either Southern or SP.

Mike has done more than SP repaints. You should see the NP he just had Hawk upload. Its one of his best yet.

The UP logo is an artifact I've not addressed as yet. The frame isn't painted either. Think Hills. I see the arc needs work as well...
