I've also done some research and I found complete roster information for the Kodachromes. Southern Pacific had 9 Kodachrome painted GP9s on their roster and I've already got their numbers plugged into the autonumbering.

One is still alive in the Western Pacific RR Museum in Portola:

Good to see at least one survivor.

Ironically enough, some of Southern Pacific's other Kodachromes actually survived into the UP merger.

None of them are left now unfortunately.
