I'll have to run that scenario again to be sure, BUT, AFAIK there are tanks and jeeps on the ground where you first start that particular scenario. As I have no idea how or where to look for those vehicles in the assets for that scenario (yep, I'm still just a driver !**duh*!! ) but I can let you know if they are there.

EDIT: Never mind me, all there are is tanks on flatbeds. All the other vehicles are the generic, new stuff.

PS: the "mini update" broke that scenario. Watch out, kids! It's here! !*not-ok*!

Except.... it looks like the tank is part of the rail car. I don't see a separate blueprint/shape for just the tank. So I can't plop one of these things on the ground?!?? sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh That makes no sense to me. Maybe I can "kill" a copy of the rail car... make a "dead" one, then just bury the car underground. Aww, then I'll need permissions.... let's see... this is a free product but only available with a payware product made by a third party bought through Steam, licensed by RS.Com. *!rolleyes!* Hmmmm... who to ask, who to ask... *!rolleyes!* this "game" is becoming a "pain" (you know what kind). *!lol!*

Any suggestions, guys?

I still think I saw green jeeps on a flatcar before... maybe they came included with someone's route???

Hiya

Not quite correct.... the BB and the flat car and the tank are sold and developed by a first party...IHH..... a third party RS.com wanted to sell the model via steam to placate / encourage some of the US contingent. they had a rule that scenarios could only be dependant on that package or default hence they declined to include the scenarios... which I then made freely available on my site.

What more could I have done ?

As for the tanks they are a child object of the flat car if I remember correctly ?

If they are, there is a geoPCdX and a TgPcDx texture file that can be combined with your own blueprint to make them stand alone.

Hi Sly, thanks for chiming in. I was just whining about how much time I spend tracking down copyrights and permissions and stuff... it wasn't about you. Folks don't know what I went through to make that distribution pack that comes with the COA (hours of "paperwork"!). I hope I didn't offend.

I did check the folders right away, but alas, the tank is not a child object, or at least I could not find it or a reference to it. Maybe I should look more carefully? I logically assumed the tank would be a child object, but then I realized it isn't animated so then it made sense. Is it really an all-in-one shape?

Thanks,
Tori

Hiya
Hey no problem didn't mean to come across scurlish.
I will dig out the file and have a look, its seems a long while back now..

Incidently the Sherman is not one of my models... I actually bought it at the last minute royalty free for about $6.00 they did have quite a range of low poly military stuff in 3DS format.

I will try to find the link.

Cheers
